Evolve is a confidential, voluntary, and no-cost program to support those moving away from extremist ideologies, conspiracy theories, grievances or groups that justify violence. The program also works with individuals who have experienced a hate crime or incident, providing a place to share their experience and find support.

The Youth Wellbeing & Support Protocol seeks to develop a tool for human service professionals to identify vulnerabilities and reduce the risk of criminality among marginalized youth in a culturally safe, stigma-free, and historically sensitive way. Community-based participatory research is being incorporated in partnership with the following organizations:
The protocol will utilize data from 66 systematic reviews and meta-analyses that encompass youth crime and delinquency, hateful/extremist ideologies among youth, and adult crime along with the community-based research. Common risk and protective factors from all research sources will be integrated into the final protocol for use by practitioners.
